| LPD Music is seeking an inside telesales rep with a proven track record in telesales. Direct B2B or music industry experienced preferred. Musical instrument or sound equipment knowledge is required. JOB REQUIRMENTS: Direct business-to-business or music industry experience preferred. Musical instrument or pro audio knowledge is required. Cold calling and full sales cycle experience is required. Demonstrate excellent time management skills, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Goal & results driven, and a thorough understanding of the B2B dynamics required to establish, meet & exceed aggressive goals. Ability to think quickly on your feet. Flexible and able to deal with quickly changing priorities. Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours if necessary. JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintain and increase business with an established territory of accounts. Prospect for potential new business through proactive B2B telephone sales. Implement sales techniques and training needed to continually increase overall sales volume. Handle and resolve customer service issues. Must have a passion for music! QUALIFICATIONS: Two – three plus years of successful experience in sales/telesales. Two – three plus years experience in a business-to-business environment preferred. BA/BS in a business related field is preferred, but not required. Must have good data entry and computer skills. Must have strong verbal communication skills.
